Type & Grid on June Poster

This poster has the same amount of columns as the last, working on a 8 column grid. I did not put in rows on this grid because they design was dictated by the image far more then the last one, I had less negative space to work with so in some way it made my job easier. In my opinion this poster is one of my better balanced posters, the content seemed to just slot in really nicely here. I already had all my standard measurements from my previous poster (point size, leading, gutter width, margins and so on) so really it was just a case of balancing the white space against my content in an engaging clear way.
