Logo's stock test

These are some of my final versions of my logo, i decided to put them in a range of colours then test them on various types of stock to see what they would look like. The off yellow stock helped the logo to sit on the page slightly better. The antique white stock was too light, it still felt like the logo's were placed on white paper but it did bring out the "frisbee" type logo's shado more.

my favourite logo's were the gold and light blue ones, they seemed to sit on the page well, i want to try and foil print the logo's to get a more metallic feel to it, cmyk based printing doesn't show up metallic enough. The navy blue logo came out closer to black, my laptop screen doesn't seem to be calibrated very well as when i put it over to the college laptops the shade came out far darker and then even more dark on the laser printer.

The colours used on the blue stock did not come out very well, the blue was far too dark and it didn't make the logo's "pop" very well. It also made the darker shade logo's look more black.
