Final selected photography, reasons for and editing done.

ended up not using this image due to having enough cat Tshirts in the book already but the light blue background flushed really well against the white page.

Really nice shot of the hats, casual, context and his ring gives the photo that bit extra.

background flushes extremely well with white page. focal point is the beard and tshirt.

I had to crop eddie's face out of practically every photo. he photographs really well but his an idiot... focal point of this image is the logo with light flush at the top. chin makes it look weird so 50:50 on using it.

spot on.

I liked this image as it was a bit like "urban streetwear" not really what i was going for but a nice touch.

low angle, capturing flushed light and 2nd model slightly out of focus, exactly what i was trying to achieve.

nice, crops a bit weird but works well.

happy accident of a photograph. feels really natural, and the light gives it that edge. Also allows it to sit well on a spread page.

nice.

nice, good light.

again same goes for low angle and light.

nice one yaff.

focusing on clothing tag.

low angle shots

low angle shots

light + low angle.

really nice natural feeling photo, after an hour or so everyone seemed to get into things and do what i was telling them.

Self Made section.
This section I decided to black and white to break up the 2nd section of the book so it doesnt just feel bolted on.

went against using this image as it didnt feel like any of my other shots which were all about traditional hand made. I do enjoy my cactus in the background though.

abstract photo's have a really nice ambience about them and sit incredibly well on a spread page, theres something beautiful about the mechanical screen print process.

Black&white images manaully through photoshop allowed me a lot of control, did each image individually depending on there colour range. for example and screen print screen has yellow mesh so i bumped up the yellow to make the image on the screen more vivid and allowed the view to read the image. Normally by black and whiting in other software or just switching to greyscale does not give you this control.
